Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley for posting video of their proposal event at AT&T Park in San Francisco online. As John Basedow (@JohnBasedow) reports, Yeezus and the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star claim Hurley wasn't invited to the engagement proceedings and, though he was allowed to stay, he had to sign a confidentiality agreement. Kim had planned to debut the footage on her E! Network show, pending Kanye's approval.
