Colin Coleman, the head of Goldman Sachs' South African office, is in Davos in the hope of attracting investors to South Africa. He praises the "extraordinary measures" taken by the government to reduce youth unemployment, such as the controversial youth wage incentive.
Regarding income inequality between black and white South Africans, he says "we have made significant progress but this is going to be a generation of really closing this inequality gap".
