Miko Mai ~Tada Hitotsu no Negai~ (巫女舞～ただ一つの願い～ - Dance Of The Shrine Maidens ~Just This One Wish~). You, playing as the protagonist, are visiting your childhood village (it'll be your last chance because the rail lines to it are about to be discontinued for good). The hotel screws up your reservation, but fortunately Natsuki, your childhood friend (and one of four possible love interests) invites you to stay at the shrine where she works, and thus the story begins as you realize not all is as happy as it appears.
