Nine giant panda cubs in China’s Sichuan Province have become star attractions during the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) holiday.
At the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, the baby pandas have been attracting crowds of visitors since Jan. 30.
The Chengdu Panda Base opened in 1987 with six endangered pandas. The nearly 500-acre reserve has bred around 124 giant pandas since then.
