Jack and Beryl Pengelly don't usually go to the market by boat...
But as flooding, heavy winds and rain continue to inundate parts of southern England it's becoming more and more the norm.
Some parts of the country have been underwater for more than a month after the wettest January on record leaving homeowners displaced and crops ruined.
Friday, gale force winds tormented coastal areas including Hampshire where 32 diners enjoying a Valentine's Day meal had to be evacuated.
Prime Minister David Cameron toured a flood relief center in Surrey over the weekend as soldiers prepared some of the flood relief efforts.
Cameron said the clock is ticking to get resources in place.
