Reinforcements move-in in Ukraine, amid a tense standoff between the government and demonstrators battling for the country's future. At least 26 people have been killed in the violence with the West offering condemnation and threatening sanctions.

The U.S. is forming a united front with other Western powers with French President Francois Hollande offering his condemnation.
(SOUNDBITE) (French) FRANCOIS HOLLANDE, FRENCH PRESIDENT, SAYING:
"Unqualifiable, unacceptable, intolerable deeds are happening in Ukraine: violence, brutality, repression. And the chancellor and myself have condemned all these deeds and the repression coming from the government."
German Chancellor Angela Merkel is calling for dialogue.
