Deborah Hunter-Harvill comes from very humble roots, and believes that it is her duty to give back to her community. Her specialization was in Administration, Leadership and Supervision. Deborah has chaired several committees and is the recipient of the Social Action Leadership Award through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Statewide Award.
