Whisky.com tastes the Caol Ila Stitchell Reserve. This lightly peated whisky from Caol Ila was created by the distillery Manager Billy Stitchell, who worked for Caol Ila for his entire life. Five generation of his family brought their experience into this small batch whisky. It was matured in Bourbon and Bodega sherry casks.
