If you have ever been an intern you understand that the work is hard, and sometimes it holds little educational value. With the flood of law suits, people have begun to debate on internships in terms of labor laws, and what is fair. This year however, The Tribeca Film Festival will be paying their interns, a team of 1,000 people for the first time.
