i made a goal to be the healthiest i've been in a long time, before the age of 40. i have two and a half more years to go (yes, that's how old i am). not only is physical health important, but mental and spiritual health are as well. balance is key. i have been told by people that i inspire them; if what i'm doing is inspiring to others, then my wish is that they do the same in inspiring others.

i haven't totally changed my diet- i'm not following their plan (especially since i eat a vegan diet- and i'm sure if i did follow their diet i'd get the optimum results)... i could always eat better, but i don't eat a bunch of crap either.

i've been active my whole life, so this is nothing for me. however, i haven't always been this committed to this type of goal-oriented exercise trainings until later in life. it's great!
