On the 21/11/13, Jason Wood gave a 3 minute address to the Federation Chamber thanking the Upper Ferntree Gully CFA Firefighters and volunteers as well as all the other CFA Firefighters and volunteers that work so hard to protect our electorate of La Trobe.

As a young boy Jason Wood watched his father protect their area from fire, and he want to thank all those that allow their family to do the same for us now.

The bravery involved in the work that our CFA's do is unparalleled.
