A paparazzo is seeking an arrest warrant for actor Sam Worthington's girlfriend, Lara Bingle, as a result of a scuffle that happened back in February.

The attorney representing the photographer, held a news conference outside a Manhattan courthouse on Tuesday (April 01), asking that felony assault and an attempted robbery charges be filed.

Worthington, best known for his starring role in 2009 film "Avatar," was arrested and charged with assaulting the photographer, who was also arrested.

Stars Chris Evans and Sebastian Stan from Marvel's "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

The superhero sequel opened at No. 1 in 30 of 32 markets in which it debuted. The film took in over 75 million (USD) in its overseas box-office debut this weekend.
