Arizona police are still looking into the motivations behind a Phoenix bar shooting that left a man dead and another wounded on Friday night.
Investigators have yet to find any relationship between the 29-year-old suspect, Jessica Wood, and the two victims.
The shooting took place shortly before midnight at the popular Zipps Sports Grill, near Bethany Home Road and 16th Street. Wood reportedly approached Thomas Marcussen, 32, and another unidentified 44-year-old man seated at a bench in the bar's patio and fired shots at the two.
A nearby witness disarmed the suspect and held her on the ground until police arrived.
Both men were sent to a local hospital, where Marcussen was later pronounced dead. Wood, who was said to have appeared intoxicated during the shooting, is being charged with murder.
