Jade recently transitioned from a community participation disability service to a self-managed package. Jade is a young man with cerebral palsy who has a great sense of humour and loves nothing more than spending Friday night at the pub. As part of his self-managed package, Jade now chooses his own disability support staff based on their personality and interests.
