A bomb blast has killed at least 23 people in Rawalpindi, just outside Pakistan's capital, Islamabad. Police say at least 5 kilograms of explosives were hidden in fruit cartons. The explosion was so loud it could be heard 10km away. Al Jazeera's Omar Al Saleh reports.
