A personal carer from China, Ms. Huang, killed her 80-year-old patient after shoving a towel into his mouth. She later told that she had done so as a way to keep the patient quiet, but she didn't think that it would kill him. The hospital said the contract with the agency that provided the caregiver would now be terminated. Ms. Huang, meanwhile, has been charged with murder.
