A ferry carrying 476 passengers, mostly high school students, sank off South Korea's southern coast last Wednesday.

The ship sank during a journey from Incheon in the north-west to the southern island of Jeju in waters several kilometers north of Byeongpung Island, around 470 kilometers from Seoul.

At least 87 have been confirmed dead, 215 remain missing.
