Another WB train taking loads off of the Coal River. This train is destined for the John E. Amos power plant in St. Albans, WV. The cars will be unloaded and sent back out into the West Virginia Coal Fields for more black diamonds. This train also gives a nice salute, but the solenoid seems to have givin up on the last blast.
