The Picasso Museum in central Paris has been closed since 2009 for renovation. It could open in June but the Culture Ministry has announced a delay until "possibly September". That's angered Claude Picasso, the artist's son. He says France "does not care" about his father. Other papers look at radical Islam in France and abroad. And it's World No Pants Day!
