In Mumbai , On the orders of the Borivali magistrate court, an FIR has been registered at the Borivali police station against local MLA and BJP’s MP candidate Gopal Shetty, the registrar, the city survey officer and two more persons for allegedly conspiring together, forging documents and cheating a victim in a land-grabbing case. However, Shetty claimed that the allegations were part of a political conspiracy.
