Nigerian celebrities rally behind search of kidnapped

The fight to bring back Nigeria's kidnapped girls is getting more celebrity help.

Nigerian musicians and entrepreneurs join about 100 protesters as they march in Lagos Saturday.

Despite the celebrity status, the message remains the same.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) NIGERIAN MUSICIAN TIWA SAVAGE SAYING:

"We are Nigerians and this is happening to our sisters, our daughters, you know, our nieces and I think we've left it too long to even speak up to this magnitude."

Last month, the Islamist militant group Boko Haram kidnapped more than 200 girls from a school in the northeast.

Some have escaped, but most remain missing.

The protesters gathered at the state governor's residence, where Babatunde Fashola responded to their demands for a statement.
