A Winnipeg man received a ticket and fine of $113.10 for walking on the sidewalk in a group 'more than two abreast.' After his outraged friend posted the ticket on Facebook, the police corrected the mistake and issued the original ticket, a fine of almost $700. Gillian Pensavalle (@GillianWithaG) explains.
