Today is part II of our mini "core series" in the challenge and we're wrapping up with a little core flow. Get ready to plank in all kinds of new ways! For those of you who were looking for a more challenging flow, I dedicate today to you. ;) Planks are one of the best poses you can do to strengthen the entire body because it fires up the front and the back of the body. Sometimes when we think "core" we forget that the back is a part of that too. We're going to stay flowing with this one but at the end we'll have about a minute of stillness, so feel free to lie in savasana (even though I'm sitting up) if you prefer.
