Today we're working on making the muscles in the back more flexible so we can prepare to safely press up into different backbends. We'll warm up the entire backside of the body and work poses like camel, wheel, and other more mild poses if you're just starting out. Whether you're a yoga newbie or someone a little more seasoned, there's a backbend for you in today's challenge!
