A little shout-out to all my runners in this challenge! The quads and hamstrings get especially tight when you're a runner, and today's class is dedicated to increasing the flexibility in both. We'll have some long holds in poses to loosen and lengthen the muscles in the legs and build a little mental endurance too. So whether you run, cycle, travel often, or simply sit down all day, today's class will give you the stretch your body craves.
