A documentary film by the Pakistan Fisherfolk Forum on the plight of fishermen who are detained regularly (and held like prisoners of war) by the coast guards of governments of India and Pakistan. Despite long years of struggle by trade unions like Fisher Folk Forum and by human rights groups fishermen of the two countries continue to get arrested in the name of national security and tensions between the two neigbouring countries.
