Charlize Theron was at a park in Los Angeles when she decided to order a treat from the frozen yogurt shop Pinkberry. When it was time to pay, she realized she forgot money, so Theron left and returned with a $100 bill which she left with employees.

Charlize Theron has proved that she stays true to a promise. The 38-year-old actress was at a park in Los Angeles when she decided to order a treat from the frozen yogurt shop Pinkberry.

She ordered a mini with a few additional toppings, but once it was time to pay Theron realized she forgot to take money with her. According to a Pinkberry staffer, named Keila, Theron said she would be back within the hour to settle the debt for the under four dollar treat.

Keila was hoping Theron kept her word because if she didn’t return, the employee would be forced to pay for the dessert. Lucky for her, Theron did come back.

Not only did she pay for the mini frozen yogurt, but she also left a very nice tip. The star handed Keila a hundred dollar bill and simply told staffers to keep the change. Even with the toppings, that comes out to an over $95 dollar tip.

It’s not known if Keila got to pocket the extra change, but Theron is definitely getting credit for the sweet thought.
