Don't think they can't hear you,
Or the nasty things you say,
Don't think your words can't hurt them
And make them sad throughout the day
If you hurt these people on purpose
Then God please help your soul
Because there are few things in this world
So cruel and so low
You may think your life has struggles
that they are just too hard to bare
but try living your entire life
having no-one who really cares
Before you judge a person
in such a cruel way
stop yourself and think about
what you're about to say
You don't know what they've been through
have you ever even asked?
Don't assume that they're ok
hiding, they are masked
You don't know what it feels like
This excruciating pain
So who are you to judge them?
When they're just trying to stay sane
A simple word of hate is strong
It can tear a life apart
It can shatter what they've tried to build
courage, from the very start
Don't you judge to quickly
because one day you'll need a hand
and you'll look around to notice
You're alone right where you stand
So before you judge a person
Smile to them instead
Because you just saved a life
By not saying what you said...
