Unequipped for the night,
He rode upon the lightning horse,
But its breaks were worn,
And like I said,
He fell right off the
Cliffs, of course,
All the way into the
Mermaid’s kiss
And his steed earned
The prefixed sea.
They had their honeymoon
In the caesuras
Where her areolas bloom
Like cherry Sundays from
The foam.
