With my arms wrapped around her tight
No one can take her away.
Safe... secure... not a problem in sight.
Only if I could hold her everyday.

When I let something happen to her
Would be the day the world stops turning.
When hell freezes over.
When the sun explodes.

Everything I do...my own life
Comes after her safety and joy.
No man, no gun, no knife
Would get in my protecting ways.
