At times I think that loneliness
is a blessing in disguise,
It frees the mind for thought,
so we can open up our eyes.
It lets the mind imagine...
that we are what we are not,
and makes us see the virtue,
in the things we have not got!
The time that is spent with others,
is best, without a doubt,
How would we know how fine it was,
had we not done without?
So, please do not be frightened,
when loneliness arrives,
Just close your eyes and realize,
that in a way, it brightens up our lives!
You have the thoughts of better days,
to warm you when it's cold,
the thing that loneliness will give you,
... is life - - - down to the bone!
