I don't know what you see in her eyes
She hides so much from you
It makes my stomach turn
Yet the next day you go back to her
because something makes you yearn and it's pulling you in
When does the nightmare stop
It's taking him over
Soon he'll be on the edge
risking life because no one tried to stop him
with a knife in his hand
cutting his skin
