Clear mind, clear thoughts? How does one lose their mind?

Think on these.. truth, honesty, purity, lovliness, good reports, if there is virute and things deemed worthy of praise... think on these!

If one loses truth in heart, deception will enter the mind.
Fear takes over and there is no truth in mind.

Jumbled thoughts.
No sense, no order.

Taking on a form of Godliness, but having denied the power.

Confusion,
The blind leading the blind.
Madness.
Truth will prevail.
