I don't write to be heard,
I don't write to be known,
I write to release my emotions.

In a world full of people,
In a society where emotion is weakness,
I seek comfort in poetry.

What a world it has truly become
When one cannot write what they feel
Without being criticized, comdemned.

I am what I am
I am what I write
I am my poetry.
