If only one day you could see that maybe we had something
But I guess its to late now
I never hear from you anymore and it hurts because I still think of you
Maybe from time to time I see a message from you
That's only once in a blue moon

How can I be so tied to you
When I can never tell you the truth
When I can never tell you how I feel
Maybe one day somehow I will be able to set you free

Set these feelings for you so far away
I thought I let you go but I never honestly did
Its just a phase I guess I gotta go through
Maybe one day you be forever long gone out of my brain
One day I'll see how stupid and foolish I was

On my part maybe I'll see that I'm better off without you
One day I'll see that you were just a waste of time
Maybe I'll wake up and realize that you were never meant to be mine
One day maybe just maybe all these thoughts and memories of you will finally fade away
