The sun stopped shining
Two blocks down,
Three stories high
Where Silence suffocates thier cries
Vacancy
Not just a literal thing
Abandoned where life started
Take a stroll down the street
You'll see where hope departed
Between an L and K
And an MLD
Take a wild guess
Where that leaves us three
Bang!
You feel that chill up your spine?
Maybe next in line
Empty walls, yellow and pale
Froze in time, fifty years reflection,
And they offer absolutly no protection
Crack!
A steel blow to the spinal cord
Slain with a slugger, not a sword
Close your eyes and the shutter
Move west and cross your fingers,
That isn't your son
Killing time in the gutter.
Come Undone
