Where have all the dreamers gone
The lilac petals’ winters fall
Piece by piece the roads pull back
To substitute an arrival lack

The wings that use to sore the sky
More likely assist the pig to fly
Follow Hansel and Gretel long and one should find
No breadcrumbs left to fall behind

The bird that consumes them now looks ill
Even the wolf has less means to kill
Little red safely passing by
only lets out a lonely sigh

The witch, broom in hand, walking passed, looks up as to say
The emerald city’s the other way
The long haired beauty goes to wash her hair
Snow whites skin no longer fair

Seven shot men go to take their leave
The pixies parish for those who use to believe
The mad hatter has a question not
The naked emperor cloths begot

The puss opens the hutches door
And lays his boots on the upon the floor
Outside the bean stalk long chopped down
You’ll never see jack come back a’roun

Seven years of bad luck stalks the evil step mother
For a mirror who yearned to love another

And what happened to the dreamers of the dreams,
They already filled their mind with useless things,
For as useless as the rhyme may seem
intellectualists never join the team
