Encroaching power of darkness,
intent to seal you with a mark.
Robe of darkness,
encompassing all with deceitfulness.

The eye of the night,
phantom body, unseen, out of sight.
Grimacing shadow with intent.
Darkness, an underground allurement.

Manifest stealth,
deep in unholy wealth.
Slight, as that of a thief,
encircling, capturing grief.

Haughty, kingdom of the night.
Summons with authority and might.
Thick darkness infiltrates,
pursuing victims, strengthening it's gates.

Authority birthed from a body of doom,
All who succomb enter it's gloom.
Enticing power of the night,
intriguing many within sight.

Manifold crown of deceit.
The battle has been won, so retreat!
Your kingdom keys revoked, you have been beat!
The Light of the World put darkness under His feet.

Light enters, darkness flees! !
