Come with me to the sea.
The swells beckon me.
Inhale exhale with every wave.
At night a child in your arms.
Waves cradle like mother earth.
Blues, aqua, and white foam.
Sharp rocks and creatures hide.
Soft warm sand under my feet.
Edge of the world, my heartbeat.
Cypress trees majestically bow.
Trying to caress the grandeur.
Come with me to the sea.
Wash away the tears and pain.
Come back to me.
Shivering as we near the edge.
You're so far from me.
But wait, you're here!
The sea speaks to me.
The air fills my lungs.
The foam at my feet.
The wind blows my hair.
The sun kisses my cheek.
Ah yes, you are with me.
Your sweet memory lives on, through me and the sea.
