spat out

reinstate multiple party state
dismantle Mubarak legacy
secret police breed

overhaul 'Amned Daula'
State Security torture dogs
'Moochabarat' impede

both secret police agencies
brutally powerful plague
agent sweeping powers

wielding decades old
Emergency Law abuses
as state security thug exploits

a state security essentially
doing whatever it wants
equals no real rule of law
