Ingredients:
150 gms Paneer Cubes (Cottage Cheese Cubes)
6 Baby Corn (Chopped and Blanched)
5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Tabasco Sauce
1&1/2 Corn Flour
1 Red Capsicum
1 Green Capsicum
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Pizza Seasoning
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Method:
- Pour tomato sauce, tabasco sauce, red chilli powder, pizza seasoning, cornflour, salt, coriander leaves in a bowl and mix everything well.
- Add paneer, baby corn, bell pepper and mix everything well so as to coat all the vegetables well with the marinade
- Skew the marinated vegetables in a long toothpick in the order of red bell peppers first, second baby corn pieces, third green bell peppers, fourth cottage cheese, fifth green capsicum, sixth baby corn peppers, seventh red capsicum
- Place the skewers in the middle of a grilling tray and place them in a pre heated oven at 180C and cook it till it has nice and black edges
- Paneer Shashlik is ready to be served hot
