I found the sales experience pleasant and honest. I found a car online, and we agreed on a price over the phone. I was warned by people that car dealerships sometimes will renege on prices when you actually get there. However-- that didn't happen. We showed up, they stood by the price we agreed on in advance, and we left with the car. Pretty happy about it! Worth the 2hr drive out from the peninsula.
