SpaceX's Falcon 9 v1.1 rocket successfully launched today, July 14th 2014 at 15:15 UTC on it's 10th overall flight carrying the ORBCOMM OG2 mission into orbit. The OG2 payloads are six next-generation satellites to provide communications worldwide. This is the first of three planned launches for ORBCOMM to launch 18 satellites into Low Earth Orbit.

SpaceX plan to have the first stage of the rocket attempt another water landing much like the previous launch, however this landing is planned to be closer to shore.
