Residential areas in the eastern Ukrainian town of Horlivka and a checkpoint at Ukraine’s Krasna Talivka border crossing were destroyed in two separate attacks. Ukraine’s defense council blamed separatists for the attacks as fighting continues in eastern Ukraine.
