Bank Can’t Serve Defendant Via Facebook, Says Judge

After a girl reportedly stole her mother’s identity and racked up more than $1,200 in credit card debt, her mother filed a lawsuit against the bank. The bank attempted to serve the girl via Facebook, but a U.S. District Judge said that’s unorthodox.
