Canadian customers who walked up to ATMs in a number of TD Bank branches got quite an unexpected delight. The machines greeted shocked patrons by name and had conversations with them before dispersing out gifts.

TD Bank in Canada recently came up with a creative way to thank their customers.

Customers who used special ATMs in certain branches got quite an unexpected delight when the machines greeted the shocked patrons by name and even conversed with them.

Towards the end of each chat, the ATM announced it was dispersing out gifts. The company confirmed about a dozen TD Bank customers received what they called a special ‘thanking experience’, which included Disney trips, plane tickets to see family members, and personalized gifts.
