RedTails - Brighter Place (Official Video)

'Brighter Place' is the debut single from RedTails - a three-piece group from the south of England; blending the hook-laden catchiness of pop, the euphoric energy of dance, and the street wisdom of hip-hop to create their 'futurepop' sound. The band have been in existence for a year, tucked away in their lab, inventing this Frankenstein-like monster of musicality, which is now ready to be unleashed on your ears.

Musicians Rick Carrington (keys/samples/vocals) and Dan Alland (drums/samples) pooled their wealth of experience and musicianship together to create a foundation of catchy and inventive music; mixing original compositions, obscure sample manipulations and live drumming. Sitting aloft of that is singer Colette Francis-Lee - an alumni of the Academy of Contemporary Music - whose schooled technique, instinctive melodies and lovelorn lyrics complete the RedTails sound; and whose good looks, natty dress sense and charming persona enrapture the RedTails audience.
