This easy reactive UFO module looks very like a reactive tricopter with central sphere that contains reactive engine (that flies on three reactive points), hovering in the sky as our electric tricopter toy on three propellers with RC-remote. NASA knows this UFO like a carrier for our videocamera to fly not fast (at a speed less than one Mach above cloud...) where NASA controls all on video in a fast manner (for example, any fire of forest or an earthquake somewhere).

Aliens' special space satellite in immobile orbit around our Earth (at high altitude of about 36000 kilometers) asks each of flying UFO objects for GPS coordinates on a special radio frequency in fast sequence (about a hundred UFO little objects could fly during a day all over the world on NASA's system) then this special satellite can make decision sending a digital radio signal to a concrete flying object about a new direction of flight to avoid aircraft impact (sending a digital radio pulse signal to UFO about moving aside or up, or down in concrete situation on sky).
The radio control remote sends a radio signal to aliens' main space satellite (dispatcher in immobile orbit) too, discussing a flying object that can use this digital pulse signal to fly (on remote) (without direct radio control between a remote in hand and a real UFO flying object).
