Win-bang group from Iran presenting Sufi music at 4th International Sufi Festival at Kamani auditorium, New Delhi organised by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations.

Iran, one of the oldest continuously inhabited civilisations in the world, has a culture enriched by centuries of tradition. The music of Iran has thousands of years of history and the origin of Sufi Music in Iran dates back to as early as the pre-Islamic times. A very unique feature of Sufi music in Iran is the musical accompaniment, Persian frame drums called the 'Daf'. the drum beats are inseparable parts of Sufi Music of Iran, without which this traditional music loses its charm and melody. The group has been performing Iranian- Sufi, and Iranian- mystical music.
