The Venezuelan military air plane carrying 12 tons of humanitarian aid has made its second of four stops in Dakar, the capital of Senegal. It is the first humanitarian aid air plane to be sent to the Palestinians since the beginning of Israel's onslaught against Gaza. teleSUR
